1 pkg cherry jello
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 envelope Knox gelatin
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. hot water
1 cup pineapple juice (can be drained from can; top off with water as needed)
1 c. canned crushed pineapple
1 c. ground cranberries
1 orange ground
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1. Mix cherry jello, sugar, and (if available) gelatin.
2. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved, about two minutes.
3. Add lemon and pineapple juice (use less if no gelatin available)
4. Cool in fridge until jelly but not solid, 1-2 hours.
5. Remove tops/bottoms of oranges; grind with remaining peel and cranberries.
6. Add canned crushed pineapple, ground cranberries, ground orange, chopped celery, chopped walnuts. Stir.
7. Cool until solid.
